Helium is widely used in defense, electronics, medical, aerospace, nuclear industry etc.
Feed material:
Process: The raw material gas from outside the boundary first enters the denitrification device, nitrogen and methane are removed, and then high-helium mixed gas is obtained. The obtained high-helium mixed gas is sent to the low-temperature adsorption refining area for helium purification to obtain high-purity helium products, which are transported to the helium product area after heat exchange and reheating, and the low-temperature adsorption regeneration gas returns to the denitrification and demethanization inlet for further separation. Or directly through the PSA purification unit our helium recycling systems reach a high purity of 99.999% without a low-temperature adsorption device.
