Product Details
The PSA oxygen generation plant for hospital is based on PSA technology to physically separate oxygen from air, meaning there is multi gases made from chemical reaction. It utilizes the characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve to absorb nitrogen, carbon dioxide, monoxide and other gases but releasing oxygen out of sieve. In this way oxygen is acquired while other gases are ventilated to atmosphere. The produced oxygen gas meets the United States Pharmacopoeia (U.S.P) XXI Oxygen 93% Monograph.
This oxygen plant is becoming more and more popular in hospitals worldwide out of its unique advantages, compared to oxygen cylinders and liquid bulk oxygen.
-Economical: only 1.5kWh/m3, much lower than cylinders or liquid dewar.
-Safe: working under low pressure and normal temperature
-Convenience: it saves process of purchase, transport, storage, boil off etc.

This complete O2 production plant consists of air compressor, air dryer, multi filters, receiver tanks, sensors, cloud monitoring system, electrical control system etc.

• When a single equipment needs maintenance or repair, the standby unit can be started automatically to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
• The oxygen supply of the manifold can be switched automatically once power failure.
• The on-line monitoring device of oxygen purity and flow with high precision realizes the real-time oxygen output to the system monitoring and ensures the quality of the oxygen produced.
• Double oxygen sources configuration of oxygen production system and standby oxygen manifold station ensures uninterrupted oxygen supply.
• Remote control. Through the remote control center of supplier all working conditions of each sold unit are known to supplier for it to give proper suggestions. Also it monitors the breakdown alarms and help users to solve them.
