Feed gases: Flue gas, marsh gas, chemical tail gas, fermentation gas, lime kiln gas, etc.
Process:
The carbon dioxide gas, as the raw material gas, is pressurized by the booster fan and enters the washing tower. The washed carbon dioxide enters the dechlorination tower for dechlorination, and then enters the carbon dioxide compressor for compression, and then enters the next section after water cooling and water separation before entering dryer absorbers for drying. After the dried raw material gas enters the reheating heat exchanger to recover the cooling capacity, it enters the liquefier for liquefaction where the compressed gas exchanges heat with Freon, and the carbon dioxide is condensed and enters the rectification tower for rectification. The carbon dioxide liquid at the bottom of the tower enters the reboiler, and after being heated, the carbon dioxide liquid is subcooled by the cooler and then supplied to customers as product.
