Product Details
Hydrogen purification units are used to purify the low purity industrial gases rich in hydrogen to increase their purities to high level for commercial purposes.
Feed material: Shift gas / dry gases / coal gas / methanol tail gas / reformed hydrogen etc.
Process:
After passing through the buffer tank, the feed gas enters the PSA towers full of adsorbents, where a series of physical processes such as adsorption, pressure equalization, reverse discharge, and vacuuming occur. Then the adsorption towers complete a complete "adsorption-regeneration" cycle. In this way the purification of hydrogen is processed, and the purpose of hydrogen recycling and recovery is achieved.

Equipped with intelligent control systems, functions such as automatic pressure adjustment, fault self-diagnosis, automatic parameter optimization, and system safety interlock are realized for hydrogen recovery plants.
