Medical gas supply engineering system is an integration of equipment and engineering work. Equipment & devices include oxygen generator, reserve oxygen by manifold, reserve liquid oxygen, vacuum plant, compressed air plant, together with pipeline network system, nurse call system, bed head unit system etc.
Construction work include preparations like learning drawings, organizing construction plan, communicating with workers. Gas pipes installation process is as following: preparations before welding, pipes decreasing, dried pipes installation, vertical pipes installation etc. Equipment installation include base acceptance inspection, equipment secondary transport / positioning / fixing /grouting/ commissioning etc. Meanwhile resources arrangement plan must be made to make sure all tools are prepared on site, like argon welder, dicing saw, angle grinder, and all types workers arrangement, and staged engineering process plans. Security measures, organizations etc must be done. Each work has many subsidiary items and items has subsidiary items.
