Liquid N₂ generator


On site liquid nitrogen generation plant makes it possible for customers not to purchase liquid nitrogen LN₂,and saves troubles of its transport, evaporation loss, carrying dangers etc.

After the machine is connected well with power source and cooling water, firstly it starts with gaseous nitrogen being generated by PSA nitrogen generator with not more than 1.0% oxygen content, which takes approximately 30 minutes. Or using a small membrane nitrogen generator with faster output. Secondly nitrogen gas is cooled to -196°C to become liquid nitrogen with helium compressor / cold-head working together which takes around 4 hours.

 Product Details

Liquid nitrogen is produced at the flow specified per day until the storage vessel is full. Then liquid nitrogen plant will go into standby mode and will automatically restart once the storage volume drops to pre-set level.

The control unit shows the user all the useful information including flow process, alarms, trend curves and so on to ensure continuous nitrogen supply.
