PSA oxygen generators
PSA means Pressure Swing Adsorption. This On Site PSA oxygen gas generator is based on following working principle. Compressed air through filtration and purification to remove remnant water, oil, dust, and then enters adsorption vessel filled with molecular Sieve. Nitrogen is absorbed by sieve and desired oxygen passes to output as product gas at purity 93+/-3% (90%-96%), specially 99.5% purity oxygen is available with a purifier.
For medical application normally two groups are equipped to work in turns or together. Oxygen cylinders backup will work once shutdown. While working there are complete monitoring for working parameters including flow, purity, pressure etc.

High attitude type: to suit high attitude plateau ( like Tibet) environment of oxygen deficiency and low oxygen partial pressure.
High latitude type: to suit cold temperature in high latitude areas (like Northeast China) in winter.
High temperature & high humidity type: to suit low latitude areas (like South China) especially in Summer.
Wind & sandstorm proof type: to suite desert areas with much wind and sandstorms (like Northwest China)
